Brand Ambassador

The face of Bangr on game day. You'll bring the energy outside and inside the stadium, get fans hyped, and help them join the game within the game.

What you'll do

  • Represent Bangr at games and events with great energy and a big smile.
  • Hand out cards, hype the app, and help fans get set up and playing.
  • Capture fun photos and moments for Bangr's social channels.
  • Share what fans love (and what they want) back with the team.

Market Manager

The local leader for a team, arena, or region. You own the game-day operation end to end and grow Bangr in your market, with real upside as your area takes off.

What you'll do

  • Oversee all Bangr operations for your assigned team, arena, or region.
  • Find and sign local sponsors for game-day challenges and prizes.
  • Recruit, schedule, and manage brand ambassadors for each game.
  • Run and quality-check live stat tracking during games.
  • Build relationships with teams and venues for in-stadium partnerships that grow the Bangr brand.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay to start.
  • Performance bonuses tied to user growth in your area.
  • Eventually, a share of paid sponsor revenue from the events you run.
