Welcome to Bangr! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bangr mobile application ("App") operated by Bangr Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bangr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bangr. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. By using Bangr, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Some features involving prizes or rewards may have additional age or geographic restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Prizes and Rewards

Bangr may offer opportunities to earn prizes, rewards, or other benefits ("Rewards"). The following terms apply to all Rewards:

• Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding any Rewards
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving Rewards
• We reserve the right to disqualify users who engage in fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms
• Specific contests or promotions may have additional rules that will be provided at the time of participation

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using Bangr, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the App for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to manipulate results, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or increase reward eligibility
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bangr Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANGR INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bangr Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any pending Rewards may be forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
