These General Sponsor Terms & Conditions ("Sponsor Terms") govern any prize, reward, coupon, gift card, discount, or other benefit ("Prize") that you may earn or receive through a sponsor on the Bangr mobile application ("App"), operated by Bangr Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). Prizes on Bangr are provided by third-party businesses ("Sponsors"), not by Bangr. By participating in any sponsored contest, promotion, or activity, and by claiming any Prize, you agree to these Sponsor Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Prizes are offered, funded, and fulfilled by Sponsors. Bangr acts only as a platform that displays Sponsors and delivers Prize notifications to winners. Bangr does not manufacture, sell, stock, or guarantee any Prize, and is not the merchant of record for any Prize. Your relationship with respect to redeeming a Prize is between you and the Sponsor.
All Prizes are time-limited and must be redeemed within the redemption period stated at the time the Prize is awarded (for example, 7 days). Prizes that are not redeemed within their stated window will expire and can no longer be claimed. Once a Prize has expired, it is forfeited and has no value. It is your responsibility to redeem your Prize before it expires.
No Prize is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Prizes may be modified, limited, substituted with an item of similar value, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, by the Sponsor or by Bangr. Availability of a Prize at the time it is displayed or awarded does not guarantee availability at the time of redemption.
Some Prizes may require a qualifying purchase, minimum spend, or other condition in order to be redeemed. For example, a Prize may be valid only with the purchase of another item, only on certain days or hours, or only up to a maximum value. Any such conditions will generally be described with the Prize or provided by the Sponsor at the point of redemption. Applicable taxes, gratuities, and fees are your responsibility unless the Sponsor states otherwise.
Sponsors reserve the right to deny, delay, cancel, or limit redemption of any Prize for any reason, including but not limited to:
Where a Prize cannot be honored, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer a substitute of comparable value, but is not obligated to do so.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Sponsor, Prizes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, resold, or transferred. Prizes may not be combined with other offers, coupons, or discounts unless the Sponsor allows it.
You must meet all eligibility requirements to receive a Prize, including any age, geographic, or account requirements. Prizes are awarded to the eligible winner as determined by Bangr and are intended for that winner only. We and the Sponsor reserve the right to verify eligibility before, during, or after awarding a Prize, and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements or who engages in prohibited conduct.
Sponsored contests, promotions, and Prize opportunities are offered at the discretion of Bangr and its Sponsors and may be added, changed, paused, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular Sponsor, contest, or Prize will be available at any given time or in any given location.
ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANGR INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY SPONSOR, INCLUDING A SPONSOR'S FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO HONOR, DELIVER, OR FULFILL A PRIZE, OR FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY PRIZE. ANY DISPUTE REGARDING A PRIZE IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE APPLICABLE SPONSOR.
You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your receipt or use of a Prize. Where required by law, we or a Sponsor may request additional information to fulfill tax reporting obligations before a Prize is awarded.
We reserve the right to modify these Sponsor Terms at any time. We will post the updated Sponsor Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued participation in sponsored contests or promotions, or your continued redemption of Prizes, after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Sponsor Terms.
